How will VoiceCloud’s voicemail system be different than my current system?
VoiceCloud’s voicemail has all of the same features as your current voicemail service, with the additional feature that it converts all your messages to text and sends them to your mobile device and/or email with the original audio file attached.
How are messages counted?
Any message that requires transcription is counted on your plan. We do not charge per SMS or per email sent, only by transcribed message. If a caller hangs up before leaving a message, you will not be charged.
How much does VoiceCloud’s Service cost?

How do I record my own greeting?
When you setup a voicemail box, you will have the option of either typing in text to be read, recording by phone, or uploading an MP3 file.
What languages does VoiceCloud support?
VoiceCloud is currently offered in English, Spanish and Arabic, but will soon be offered in German, French, Russian, and Mandarin as well.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by Contacting Us. You will then need to go to “Setup Instructions” page to disable the Conditional Call Forwarding on your Mobile Device.
